A:For RTS items: we will make the shipping 5 to 15 days after the payment confirm. For Custom items :you can inquiry us,tell us the quantity and color and size , any request you want , we can discuss anything, we will send invoice to you as we discuss online,then you make payment.

We have professional QC department after production and before shipping, to ensure you will receive good quality products.

After shipping ,We will track your package until you get it.
If the package missing,we will shipping again after confirm with forwarder.
If the package detained by customs, we will help you to get the goods ASAP.
If products quality problem,send us pictures and simple description. we will shipping again with free shipping or deal with it by other way.
If our products is not sale well .you can return back to change other design whenever you order from us.Be sure the products should have original tag and package.
